Statute
1. The terms used in the Regulations mean:
Customer - a natural person, legal person or an organizational unit that is not a legal person, the specific provisions of which grant legal capacity, which places Orders within the Store.
Civil Code - Act of 23 April 1964 ( Journal of Laws 1964 No. 16, item 93, as amended ).
Regulations - these Regulations for the provision of electronic services as part of the Lacozzi.com online store .
Lacozzi.com online store - a website available at the lacozzi.com internet address , through which the Customer may, in particular, place Orders;
Goods - products presented in the Online Store.
Sales contract - a contract for the sale of Goods within the meaning of the Civil Code, concluded between ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski and the Customer, concluded using the Store's website.
Consumer Rights Act - Act of 30 May 2014 on consumer rights (Journal of Laws 2014, item 827, as amended).
Order - Customer's declaration of will, aiming directly at the conclusion of the Sales Agreement, specifying in particular the type and quantity of the Goods.
2. The Lacozzi.com online store operating at the Lacozzi.com internet address is run by ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski, al. Zwycięstwa 237/13, 81-521 Gdynia, Poland, NIP 5871696958, REGON 520832985 .
3. These Regulations specify in particular:
a) the rules for registering and using the account as part of the online store;
b) terms and conditions for making an electronic reservation of products available in the online store;
c) terms and conditions for placing Orders electronically as part of the online store;
d) the rules for concluding Sales Agreements using the services provided as part of the Online Store.
4. Rules for using the Online Store:
Purchasing a Product does not require registration in the Store.
The information provided on the Store's website, including information about the presented products, in particular their descriptions, technical and functional parameters and prices, constitute an invitation to conclude a contract within the meaning of Article 71 of the Civil Code .
Placing an order is done using the form available on the store's website.
Each customer registering and/or placing an order agrees to receive information related to the course of the transaction, notifications of changes to these Regulations to the e-mail address provided by him.
In order to ensure the security of the transmission of messages and data in connection with the services provided on the Website, the Online Store takes technical and organizational measures appropriate to the degree of threat to the security of the services provided, in particular measures to prevent the acquisition and modification by unauthorized persons of personal data sent on the Internet.
5. Procedure for concluding a Sales Agreement:
In order to carry out any activity of the Customer in the Store, the correct operation of the Internet is required, the use of a web browser, including mobile devices, and having an active account at the selected e-mail address.
In order to conclude a Sales Agreement via the Online Store, go to the Lacozzi.com website , make a choice, taking further technical steps based on the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
The store allows you to purchase products and services 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The selection of the ordered Goods by the Customer is made by adding them to the basket.
When placing an Order - until the "Order with an obligation to pay" button is pressed - the Customer has the option of modifying the entered data and in the selection of the Goods. To do this, follow the messages displayed to the Customer and the information available on the website.
To finalize the order, the Customer is asked to provide all the necessary data needed to complete the order, i.e.
a) name and surname / company name
b) delivery address
c) e-mail
d) contact telephone number
e) NIP - in the case of a request for a VAT invoice.
After the Customer using the Online Store provides all the necessary data, a summary of the placed Order will be displayed. The summary of the placed Order will contain information on:
a) the subject of the order,
b) the unit and total price of the ordered products or services, including delivery costs and additional costs (if any),
c) selected payment method,
d) the chosen method of delivery.
In order to send the Order, it is necessary to accept the content of the Regulations, provide personal data marked as mandatory and press the "Order with obligation to pay" button.
Sending the Order by the Customer is a declaration of will to conclude a Sales Agreement with ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski , in accordance with the Regulations.
After placing and paying for the Order, the Customer receives an e-mail entitled "Order Confirmation", containing the final confirmation of all essential elements of the Order.
The contract is considered concluded when the Customer receives the e-mail referred to above.
The sales contract is concluded in Polish, with the content in accordance with the Regulations. In disputes regarding translation, the Regulations in Polish are used to resolve the dispute.
6. Delivery:
The prices of products in the Store are given in Polish zlotys or in Euro, they include tax in the amount depending on the country of sale, but without shipping costs. Shipping costs are added to the sum of the ordered products and are borne by the Customer, unless he meets the conditions entitling to free delivery, i.e. the value of the order must be higher than PLN 399 gross. The final price binding the Owner and the Customer is the price of the product given in the offer at the time of placing the order by the Customer.
Information on the total value of the order (including shipping costs, which are detailed in the Delivery and Returns tab) is provided in the Order Summary on the product sales page and in the order confirmation.
The delivery of the Goods takes place both within the territory of the Republic of Poland as well as European countries and selected countries located on other continents to the address indicated by the Customer when placing the Order.
The delivery of the ordered Goods is carried out by courier.
The delivery date for orders with delivery on the territory of the Republic of Poland is given in the Delivery tab when placing the order and depends on the selected delivery method. For orders with delivery outside the borders of the Republic of Poland, the delivery date is given next to the information on the form of delivery and the country of destination.
Together with the shipment, the Customer will be provided with a printout of the Order confirmation and specification as well as a sales receipt. At the Customer's express request, a VAT invoice can be issued.
7. Prices and Payment Methods
The prices of the Goods are given in Polish zlotys or in Euro and include all components, including VAT in the amount appropriate to the country of delivery. The customer has the option to pay the price:
a) by bank transfer to the bank account number:

b) payment via PayU, Przelewy24, PayPal or Klarna;
c) payment by credit card: VISA, MasterCard.
The payment card operator is PayU or Przelewy24.
8. Withdrawal from the contract
customer, who is a consumer within the meaning of Article 22 of the Civil Code , has the right - under the law - to withdraw from a distance contract, without giving a reason, by submitting a relevant statement in writing or by e-mail to info@lacozzi.com , within 14 days and sending them to the address ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski provided in these Regulations.
In the event of withdrawal from a distance contract, the contract is considered void. What the parties have provided is returned unchanged. The return should take place immediately, not later than within 14 days. The purchased goods should be returned to the following address:

The Goods returned by the Customer should be packed in an appropriate way to ensure that the shipment is not damaged during transport.
In the event of withdrawal from this contract, the store will return to the Customer all payments received from him, including the costs of delivering the item (except for additional costs resulting from the delivery method chosen by the Customer other than the cheapest method of delivery offered by the Store), immediately, not later than 14 days from the day the goods were returned. The refund will be made using the same payment methods that were used by the Customer in the original transaction, unless the parties agree otherwise.
9. Returns and Complaints
If the purchased product is inconsistent with the contract or has physical defects, the customer has the right to submit complaints based on:
a) regulations provided for by the provisions of the Act of 27 July 2002 on special conditions of consumer sales and on amending the Civil Code (Journal of Laws No. 141, item 1176, as amended) , if the product is inconsistent with the contract,
b) regulations provided for by the provisions of the Civil Code regarding the warranty for defects.
In order to submit a complaint, the customer is obliged to inform the store by e-mail to info@lacozzi.com , and then proceed in accordance with the information received.
When specifying requests based on the procedure provided for in Article 1(a), the Customer has the right to request that the product be brought into conformity with the contract by free repair or replacement, unless repair or replacement is impossible or requires excessive costs. If the Store is unable to meet certain requests, the Customer has the right to demand an applicable price reduction or may withdraw from the contract.
When specifying requests based on the procedure provided for in Article 1(b), the Customer has the right to withdraw from the contract or demand a price reduction. The Customer may not withdraw from the contract if the Store immediately, no later than within 14 days, replaces the defective item with an item free from defects or immediately removes the defects. This limitation does not apply if the item has already been replaced by the Store or repaired, unless the defects are insignificant.
The store is responsible for the non-compliance of the consumer product with the contract (Article 1, paragraph a), only in cases and under the conditions specified by law.

The Store considers complaints within 14 days from the date of receipt by the Store of the complaint along with the complete, advertised product.
The store reserves the right to refuse to recognize the complaint in the event of any modifications to the product by the customer.
The store reserves the right to refuse to accept a complaint in the following cases: the sole fault of the user, mechanical damage, improper maintenance and use of the product inconsistent with the instructions.
The shipping costs of the advertised product, if the complaint is accepted, will be returned to the Customer within 14 days from the date of accepting the complaint.
10. Privacy Policy
The condition for finalizing purchases in the Store is providing all the Customer's data required by the content of the form and selecting the appropriate box (checkbox) constituting the Customer's consent to the processing of his personal data by the Owner and the field (checkbox) regarding confirmation of familiarization with and acceptance of these Regulations.
All Customer data provided during registration in the Store will be used only for the purpose of implementing, amending or terminating the Agreement or other marketing activities, in particular informing about new products and services of the Store, provided that the Customer agrees by checking the appropriate box (checkbox) for sending commercial information, by means of electronic communication within the meaning of the new Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016.
All personal data of the Customer will be processed by the Owner in accordance with the Act referred to above.

Only personal data provided by the Customer voluntarily is collected. The data is processed for the purpose necessary to implement the provisions of these Regulations, and in particular to conclude a contract for the sale of ordered goods, deliver the goods to the Customer for which the Customer has placed the order, issue a document confirming the sale of goods, store personal data in an IT accounting system to ensure the history of commercial transactions made through the Store.
The data provided when placing the order are also processed by the following entities in the given scope: name and surname, address, telephone number, e-mail address indicated as the delivery address are provided to transport companies in the form of a label / bill of lading, which is also an order for delivery of the shipment. Depending on the selected type of shipment, they are transferred to the appropriate transport company selected by the customer.
The data is also processed by entities related to the payment for the order selected by the customer.
In such cases, the amount of data transferred is limited to the required minimum. In addition, the information you provide may be made available to competent public authorities, if required by applicable law.
The data administrator is not responsible for providing false or incomplete personal data by the Customer.
The customer at any time has the right to change, correct or delete his personal data through the Store's service office.
With additional consent granted by the Customer, the collected personal data may also be used for promotional and marketing purposes, including in particular to present the Customer with the store's commercial offer and other marketing information related to the Store.
Each user has the option of subscribing to the newsletter - commercial information. Subscribing to the list is done by checking the appropriate field in the form at the registration stage (for this purpose, you only need an e-mail address). You can unsubscribe from the newsletter at any time via the link provided in the newsletter or by informing the Store by e-mail to info@lacozzi.com. After cancellation, the e-mail address data will be immediately removed from the subscription database.
The store uses, among others, the so-called "cookies", which contribute to greater usability, functionality and ease of use of our store. These instruments also make it easier for customers to navigate the Store's website faster. In addition, cookies allow us to measure the frequency of page views and the most frequently viewed products. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer system. Please be advised that some of these files are transferred from the Store's server to the Customer's computer system. It is possible to block cookies at any time, provided that the browser used has the appropriate function. Please note that after blocking cookies, the ability to use some of the Store's functions will be significantly limited or disabled.
11. Final Provisions
All content contained in the Store is subject to legal protection and their use will constitute a violation of the law.
In matters not covered by these Regulations, the provisions of Polish law shall apply, in particular the Civil Code and the provisions of the Act on special conditions of consumer sales and amendments to the Civil Code of July 18, 2002 ( Journal of Laws 2001 No. 144 item 1204 ) provisions of the Act on consumer rights of May 30, 2014 ( Journal of Laws of 2014, item 827, as amended ); and other relevant provisions of generally applicable law.

1. Użyte w Regulaminie pojęcia oznaczają:
Klient – osoba fizyczna, osoba prawna lub jednostka organizacyjna nie będącą osobą prawną, której przepisy szczególne przyznają zdolność prawną, która dokonuje Zamówienia w ramach Sklepu.
Kodeks Cywilny – ustawa z dnia 23 kwietnia 1964 r. (Dziennik Ustaw 1964 Numer 16, pozycja 93 ze zmianami).
Regulamin – niniejszy Regulamin świadczenia usług drogą elektroniczną w ramach sklepu internetowego Lacozzi.com.
Sklep internetowy Lacozzi.com – serwis internetowy dostępny pod adresem interenetowym lacozzi.com, za pośrednictwem którego Klient może w szczególności składać Zamówienia;
Towar – produkty prezentowane w Sklepie Internetowym.
Umowa sprzedaży – umowa sprzedaży Towarów w rozumieniu Kodeksu Cywilnego, zawarta pomiędzy ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski a Klientem, zawierana z wykorzystaniem serwisu internetowego Sklepu.
Ustawa o prawach konsumenta- ustawa z dnia 30 maja 2014 r. O prawach konsumenta (Dziennik Ustaw 2014, pozycja 827 ze zmianami).
Zamówienie – oświadczenie woli Klienta, zmierzające bezpośrednio do zawarcia Umowy sprzedaży, określające w szczególności rodzaj i liczbę Towaru.
2. Sklep internetowy Lacozzi.com prowadzący działalność pod adresem internetowym Lacozzi.com prowadzony jest przez ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski, al. Zwycięstwa 237/13, 81-521 Gdynia, Polska, NIP 5871696958, Regon 520832985.
3. Niniejszy Regulamin określa w szczególności:
a) zasady dokonywania rejestracji i korzystania z konta w ramach sklepu internetowego;
b) warunki i zasady dokonywania elektronicznej rezerwacji produktów dostępnych w ramach sklepu internetowego;
c) warunki i zasady składania drogą elektroniczną Zamówień w ramach sklepu internetowego;
d) zasady zawierania Umów sprzedaży z wykorzystaniem usług świadczonych w ramach Sklepu Internetowego.
4. Zasady korzystania ze Sklepu Internetowego:
Dokonanie zakupu Produktu nie wymaga rejestracji w Sklepie.
Informacje podane na stronach internetowych Sklepu, w tym informacje o prezentowanych produktach, a w szczególności ich opisy, parametry techniczne i użytkowe oraz ceny, stanowią zaproszenie do zawarcia umowy, w rozumieniu artykułu 71 Kodeksu Cywilnego.
Składanie zamówienia odbywa się za pomocą formularza, dostępnego na stronie sklepu.
Każdy rejestrujący się i/lub dokonujący zamówienia Klient wyraża zgodę na otrzymywanie na podany przez siebie adres e-mail informacji związanych z przebiegiem transakcji, zawiadomień o zmianach w niniejszym Regulaminie.
W celu zapewnienia bezpieczeństwa przekazu komunikatów i danych w związku ze świadczonymi w ramach Witryny usługami, Sklep internetowy podejmuje środki techniczne i organizacyjne odpowiednie do stopnia zagrożenia bezpieczeństwa świadczonych usług, w szczególności środki służące zapobieganiu pozyskiwania i modyfikacji przez osoby nieuprawnione danych osobowych przesyłanych w Internecie.
5. Procedura zawarcia Umowy sprzedaży:
Celem przeprowadzenia jakiejkolwiek aktywności Klienta w Sklepie wymagane jest poprawne działanie sieci Internet, używanie przeglądarki internetowej, w tym w ramach urządzeń mobilnych oraz posiadanie aktywnego konta na wybranym adresie poczty e-mail.
W celu zawarcia Umowy sprzedaży za pośrednictwem Sklepu internetowego należy wejść na stronę internetową Lacozzi.com, dokonać wyboru, podejmując kolejne czynności techniczne w oparciu o wyświetlane Klientowi komunikaty oraz informacje dostępne na stronie.
Sklep umożliwia nabywanie produktów i usług przez 24 godziny na dobę, 7 dni w tygodniu.
Wybór zamawianych Towarów przez Klienta jest dokonywany poprzez ich dodanie do koszyka.
W trakcie składania Zamówienia – do momentu naciśnięcia przycisku „Zamówienie z obowiązkiem zapłaty” – Klient ma możliwość modyfikacji wprowadzonych danych oraz w zakresie wyboru Towaru. W tym celu należy kierować się wyświetlanymi Klientowi komunikatami oraz informacjami dostępnymi na stronie.
Aby sfinalizować zamówienie Klient jest proszony o podanie wszystkich niezbędnych danych, potrzebnych do zrealizowania zamówienia tj.
a) imię i nazwisko / nazwa firmy
b) adres dostawy
c) e-mail
d) telefon kontaktowy
e) NIP – w przypadku prośby o fakturę VAT.
Po podaniu przez Klienta korzystającego ze Sklepu internetowego wszystkich niezbędnych danych, wyświetlone zostanie podsumowanie złożonego Zamówienia. Podsumowanie złożonego Zamówienia będzie zawierać informacje dotyczące:
a) przedmiotu zamówienia,
b) jednostkowej oraz łącznej ceny zamawianych produktów lub usług, w tym kosztów dostawy oraz dodatkowych kosztów (jeśli występują),
c) wybranej metody płatności,
d) wybranego sposobu dostawy.
W celu wysłania Zamówienia konieczne jest dokonanie akceptacji treści Regulaminu, podanie danych osobowych oznaczonych jako obowiązkowe oraz naciśnięcie przycisku „Zamówienie z obowiązkiem zapłaty”.
Wysłanie przez Klienta Zamówienia stanowi oświadczenie woli zawarcia z ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski Umowy sprzedaży, zgodnie z treścią Regulaminu.
Po złożeniu i opłaceniu Zamówienia, Klient otrzymuje wiadomość e-mail zatytułowaną “Potwierdzenie zamówienia”, zawierającą ostateczne potwierdzenie wszystkich istotnych elementów Zamówienia.
Umowę traktuje się za zawartą z momentem otrzymania przez Klienta wiadomości e-mail, o której mowa powyżej.
Umowa sprzedaży zawierana jest w języku polskim, o treści zgodnej z Regulaminem. W kwestiach spornych dotyczących tłumaczenia do rozstrzygnięcia sporu używany jest Regulamin w języku polskim.
6. Dostawa:
Ceny produktów w Sklepie podawane są w polskich złotych lub w walucie Euro, zawierają podatek w wysokości zależnej od kraju sprzedaży, ale bez kosztów przesyłki. Koszty przesyłki, doliczane są do sumy zamawianych produktów i ponosi je Klient, chyba że spełnia warunki uprawniające do bezpłatnej dostawy, tj. wartość zamówienia musi być wyższa niż 399 zł brutto. Ceną ostateczną, wiążącą Właściciela i Klienta jest cena produktu podana w ofercie w chwili składania zamówienia przez Klienta.
Informacja na temat całkowitej wartości zamówienia (wraz z kosztami przesyłki, które szczegółowo wyszczególnione są w zakładce Dostawa i zwroty) udostępniana jest w Podsumowaniu Zamówienia na stronie sprzedażowej produktu oraz w potwierdzeniu zamówienia.
Dostawa Towarów odbywa się zarówno na obszarze Rzeczpospolitej Polskiej jak i Państw Europy oraz wybranych krajów położonych na pozostałych kontynentach pod adres wskazany przez Klienta w trakcie składania Zamówienia.
Dostawa zamówionych Towarów odbywa się przesyłką kurierską.
Termin realizacji dostawy dla zamówień z dostawą na terytorium Rzeczypospolitej Polskiej jest podawany w zakładce Dostawa podczas składania zamówienia i jest zależny od wybranego sposobu dostawy. Dla zamówień z dostawą poza granice Rzeczypospolitej termin dostawy podany jest przy informacji dotyczącej formy dostawy oraz kraju destynacji.
Klientowi wraz z przesyłką zostanie przekazany wydruku potwierdzenia i specyfikacji Zamówienia oraz dowód sprzedaży. Na wyraźne życzenie Klienta może być wystawiona faktura VAT.
7. Ceny i metody płatności
Ceny Towarów podawane są w złotych polskich lub w walucie Euro i zawierają wszystkie składniki, w tym podatek VAT w wysokości odpowiedniej do kraju dostawy. Klient ma możliwość uiszczenia ceny:
a) przelewem na numer konta bankowego:
w złotych polskich - 63 1140 2004 0000 3102 8205 8399
w walucie Euro - PL38 1140 2004 0000 3112 1441 9842
b) płatnością w systemie PayU, Przelewy24, PayPal lub Klarna;
c) zapłata kartą płatniczą: VISA, MasterCard.
Operatorem kart płatniczych jest PayU lub Przelewy24.
8. Odstąpienie od umowy
Klientowi, będącemu konsumentem w rozumieniu artykułu 22 Kodeksu Cywilnego, przysługuje – na podstawie przepisów prawa – prawo do odstąpienia od umowy zawartej na odległość, bez podania przyczyny, składając stosowne oświadczenie na piśmie lub mailem na adres info@lacozzi.com, w terminie 14 dni i wysyłając je na adres ayyo.me Daniel Wirkowski podany w niniejszym Regulaminie.
W przypadku odstąpienia od umowy zawartej na odległość, umowa jest uważana za niezawartą. To, co strony świadczyły, ulega zwrotowi w stanie niezmienionym. Zwrot powinien nastąpić niezwłocznie, nie później niż w terminie 14 dni. Zakupiony towar należy zwrócić na poniższy adres:

Zwracany przez Klienta Towar powinien zostać opakowany w odpowiedni sposób, zapewniający brak uszkodzeń przesyłki w trakcie transportu.
W przypadku odstąpienia od niniejszej umowy sklep zwróci Klientowi wszystkie otrzymane od niego płatności, w tym koszty dostarczenia rzeczy (z wyjątkiem dodatkowych kosztów wynikających z wybranego przez Klienta sposobu dostarczenia innego niż najtańszy sposób dostarczenia oferowany przez Sklep), niezwłocznie, nie później niż 14 dni od dnia, w którym został zwrócony towar. Zwrotu płatności zostanie dokonany przy użyciu takich samych sposobów płatności, jakie zostały przez Klienta użyte w pierwotnej transakcji, chyba że strony uzgodnią inaczej.
9. Zwroty i reklamacje
W przypadku gdy zakupiony produkt jest niezgodny z umową lub posiada wady fizyczne, Klient ma prawo złożyć reklamacje w oparciu o:
a) regulacje przewidziane przepisami ustawy z dnia 27 lipca 2002 r. o szczególnych warunkach sprzedaży konsumenckiej oraz o zmianie Kodeksu cywilnego (Dziennik Ustaw Numer 141, pozycja 1176 z późniejszymi zmianami), w przypadku gdy produkt jest niezgodny z umową,
b) regulacje przewidziane przepisami kodeksu cywilnego w zakresie rękojmi za wady.
Celem złożenia reklamacji Klient zobowiązany jest do poinformowania sklepu mailem na adres info@lacozzi.com, a następnie procedować zgodnie z otrzymanymi informacjami.
Określając żądania w oparciu o tryb przewidziany artykule 1 ustęp a) Klient ma prawo wnioskować o doprowadzenie produktu do stanu zgodnego z umową poprzez nieodpłatną naprawę albo wymianę, chyba, że naprawa albo wymiana są niemożliwe lub wymagają nadmiernych kosztów. Jeżeli Sklep nie będzie w stanie wywiązać się z określonych żądań, Klient ma prawo domagać się stosowanego obniżenia ceny albo może odstąpić od umowy.
Określając żądania w oparciu o tryb przewidziany artykule 1 ustęp b) Klient ma prawo od umowy odstąpić albo żądać obniżenia ceny. Klient nie może od umowy odstąpić, jeżeli Sklep niezwłocznie, najpóźniej w terminie 14 dni wymieni rzecz wadliwą na rzecz wolną od wad albo niezwłocznie wady usunie. Ograniczenie to nie ma zastosowania, jeżeli rzecz była już wymieniona przez Sklep lub naprawiana, chyba, że wady są nieistotne.
Sklep odpowiada za niezgodność produktu konsumpcyjnego z umową (artykuł 1 ustęp a), jedynie w przypadkach i na warunkach określonych prawem.
Sklep odpowiada za wady produktu na podstawie rękojmi (artykuł 1 ustęp b), w przypadkach i na warunkach określonych prawem.
Sklep rozpatruje reklamacje w terminie 14 dni od daty otrzymania przez Sklep zgłoszenia reklamacyjnego wraz z kompletnym, reklamowanym produktem.
Sklep zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy uznania reklamacji w przypadku dokonywania jakichkolwiek modyfikacji produktu przez Klienta.
Sklep zastrzega sobie prawo do odmowy uznania reklamacji w przypadkach: wyłącznej winy użytkownika, uszkodzenia mechanicznego, niewłaściwego konserwowania i użytkowania produktu niezgodnego z instrukcją.
Koszty przesyłki reklamowanego produktu w przypadku uznania reklamacji zostaną zwrócone Klientowi w terminie 14 dni od daty uznania reklamacji.
10. Polityka prywatności
Warunkiem sfinalizowania zakupów w Sklepie jest podanie wszelkich wymaganych treścią formularza danych Klienta oraz zaznaczenie odpowiedniego pola (checkbox) stanowiącego wyrażenie zgody Klienta na przetwarzanie jego danych osobowych przez Właściciela oraz pola (checkbox) dotyczącego potwierdzenia zaznajomienia się i akceptacji niniejszego Regulaminu.
